This page describes how the open-source CLUB project handles information collected through its public website. It applies only to this site — the pages served at this domain and their subpaths. It does not apply to CLUB instances that organizations run for themselves; each operator of a self-hosted CLUB instance publishes its own privacy notice, and that notice controls for users of that instance.
1. Who this is about
"CLUB," "the project," "we," and "us" refer to the maintainers and contributors of the open-source CLUB software. "You" refers to a visitor to this website. Source code, issues, and maintainer contact live in the project's public repository at GitHub.
2. What the website collects
The CLUB website is a static marketing and documentation site. It is designed to be readable without accounts, cookies, or third-party scripts.
- No cookies. We do not set cookies from this site. Your browser is not asked to store anything identifying you.
- No analytics or telemetry. We do not run Google Analytics, Plausible, Fathom, Segment, or any equivalent service. No tracking pixels, heatmaps, or session recorders are embedded.
- No advertising. We do not serve ads and do not share data with ad networks.
- No user accounts. There is nothing to sign up for on this website, so no account, password, or profile is created.
3. Information our host sees
This site is served through a static hosting provider and a content delivery network. Those providers automatically receive standard request data — your IP address, user-agent string, the URL you requested, and a timestamp — in order to deliver the page and to protect the service from abuse. That data is handled under the provider's own policy, is retained briefly in operational logs, and is not joined with any profile maintained by the CLUB project.
If you install or update CLUB using the helper scripts hosted at
/install.sh or /uninstall.sh, those
requests are transparently proxied to the public source repository.
They follow the same pattern as any other page request described
above and are not tied to a user identity by us.
4. Outbound links
This site links to third-party destinations — primarily the project's GitHub repository, its documentation site, and the Dart and Flutter websites. When you follow such a link, the destination applies its own privacy practices. We have no visibility into what those services collect.
5. Children
CLUB is a developer tool. The website is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
6. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Because no accounts or cookies exist, there is no personal dataset to breach on the website itself. If you believe you have found a security issue in the CLUB software, please report it through the project's public repository so it can be addressed for every deployment.
7. Changes to this notice
If this notice materially changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change, and the update will be reflected in the public source repository's history alongside the website content.
8. Contact
Questions about this privacy notice — or about privacy on the CLUB software itself — can be filed as an issue in the project's public repository at GitHub. Operators of individual CLUB instances handle questions about data stored on those instances.
This notice covers the project's marketing site only. It is not the privacy policy of any particular CLUB deployment.
